This helps me to a. Try and get in their heads b. Scout more ofton c. Adapt I don't know if that is any help, but that is what i always try and do. Be in their head and think like they do. try and figure out what they are going to do before they do it, and counter. | ||

When i take a break( couple days - weeks) i actually notice i come back a better player every time, takes a little time to get the hand speed back, then following few days will be my true peak - playing fast, thinking of different scenarios, knowing what to do etc. | ||

Just playing the same over and over and not winning especiallly much, maybe it's mechanics that need to get better but I don't think so. I agree with food about getting better after taking a break. I recently did that and I got actually a bit better  | ||
