While browsing my friend's cyworld, there was this hilarious picture of Korean brand name parodies (some of them appear on shirts at the local street markets). I translated most of them ... but some of it was hard going from Konglish -> Korean -> English. Anyways, try to figure what brand names they're parodying XD
Translation
Pama = Perm
Jana? = Are you Sleeping?
Jornan = (조난) = Kind of means to be in a sticky situation. Hence the helicopter saving the Jumpman
Peha = (폐하) = Your Majesty
Imma = Slang word for “You son of a B…” And hence the big puma about to smack the little puma
Hama = (하마) = hippo
Biman = (비만) = Fatso
Akma = Demon
Koppa = Pick your Nose
Oppa Nappa = This is messed up. Literally it means “You’re bad, old brother (it’s an honorific term though, and the two don’t have to be related.) Basically, the man on the right had his way with the girl on the left. : [ not the most tasteful parody I’ve seen. Saja = Lion
Pina = Bleeding
Ssaum (a parody of Korea’s popular search engine Daum) = Fighting
Peeegone = Tired
Mike = Mic XD
Edit: Some questions: 1. Does anyone here a deviantart account? I made one, so let's be friends XD 2. I played b-ball with someone from teamliquid during the summer at oracle (smart dude, went to MIT). If you're that guy, how've you been?

It just means it's not Puma. I have a shirt from China that is NKIE and says NAB instead of NIKE and NBA.

Should do a "Bima" with the puma in a car

@ Lurker: most parody shirts that deliberately make fun of a brand (as opposed to accidentally misspelling something) are sold in huge street markets. it's kind of hard to find a specific parody, but you can do what these vendors do: make it yourself

good parody shirts are expensive >.>
