They just have a small % of the population record what shows they watch and then they adjust those numbers. | ||

I don't know how it works in USA. In argentina we used to have hour by hour ratings. Nowadays the rating frames are split into 10 minutes or 1 minute, can't remember. So im guessing that if someone watches for that whole minute or 10 minutes that show gets a +1 for that frame. This is speculation based on what I read some time ago though. | ||
