well i found the comic, it's not reach, his name would be Park Jung Suk. Although he did manage to hit 90proleague wins (nada commented on it in this thread- he wanted to hit 100)

It's a joke that some ppl may not get anymore since it's been a long time Korean was patched into the game.

Back when Korean font wasn't supported, the Koreans had to type in english, this is where the words such as "gosu" and "chobo" became widely known. A popular thing to say was "18nom" which is Korean sounds like "shibbal nom", which means "fucker". And of course "map off" means "turn off your map hack".

So the story is that this legendary general has a record of 99-0, and is having his last battle before retirement. But as he's about to lose his the battle, he tells his subordinate to relay a message to the protoss commander. The subordinate thinks the general is forfeiting and throwing away his perfect record to save the lives of his men, when in reality all the message said was "18 map off", which pretty much means "maphacking fucker". So it's just a play on your typical battle.net bm noob.

In other news... I have no clue how I'm going to keep up with this, since Sundae is now on StarPanic #90. (and last time I was translating I was on #20.... so 70 more to go -.-;
