In much the same way as TvZ's seem to be more interesting when the zerg wins, ZvPs seem best when the toss wins.
Again, both games that are already on there are top notch. Definitely the two best long-ass ZvPs. Both are in my top 3.
I'll make the case for some others:
+ Show Spoiler +rA vs July on Monty Hall in the MSL: This is the most insane game I can remember rA ever playing, if that tells you something. He pulls a proxy gate/cannon rush into a Silver-style 'take the middle' strategy, into corsair/reaver. The corsair/reaver completely fails, but, unfazed by it all, rA somehow makes a comeback using 4 high templar (and their eventual archon selves) to take out nearly everything July has - by themselves. I think this is probably my favorite PvZ, both for the craziness and the way that rA somehow uses every unit to it's maximum zerg killing potential.
+ Show Spoiler +Reach vs Shark on Hitchhiker, MSL group stage: This is one people tend to forget about until they see it again. The game starts of with a lot of action as Reach almost loses immediately to a ling/hydra break. He somehow manages to hold with his first couple templar, and in typical fashion refuses to use corsair/reaver for mobility on the winding map, instead going with a manly, in-your-face ground unit strategy. This is one of those games where you keep thinking someone is going to type out, but they somehow hold. Over and over again. Great from start to finish, this game has both cool moves and large battles.
Jaedong vs Bisu on Blue Storm: Okay, a lot of people have mentioned this one. I think this breaks the standard for ZvP often being lackluster when the zerg wins. It deserves a top spot because both players really did play amazingly well. Bisu was Bisu, and Jaedong was incredible at the time but had yet to prove himself in the matchup. Not only did he go on to play lights-out ZvP from there on, he somehow manages to win this game. I still have a hard time deciphering exactly how he won it, too.
Reach vs ChoJJa on Rush Hour: I hesitate to support this game, simply because it had a lot of, ah, 'TvT moments'. You know, big armies sitting there, sometimes patrolling around but not fighting. The ending is one of the best moments in starcraft, though. Hands down.
+ Show Spoiler +Stork vs GoRush on Neo Requiem, 2005 SKY Proleague: I hate Stork as much as anyone, but this game was amazing. The scale of combat is almost unprecedented. Watch as corsair/carrier seems overpowered. Then devourers with queen support seem overpowered. Then maelstom seems really overpowered. The players don't just transition from unit to unit slowly, either. Stork decides he wants archons, so he morphs like 8 at a time. Possibly the best part about this game is where Stork loses a ton of carriers to GoRush's utterly stupid amount of devourers (seriously, he has so many), and then with the remaining couple leads the devourers over his cannons to maelstrom them right on top. Nuts.
As an aside, I think this matchup tends to be better on average than most (I feel the same way about TvZ though). I can think of a ton of other games that are great, but are either too one-sided or too short. Honestly, just watching any game involving rA, sAviOr, Jaedong, or Bisu is generally worth the time - whether those players won or lost.

How has RainBOw vs ClouD on Jim Raynor's Memory (the probe rush into mind control into tank push) not been mentioned yet? I mean, the game was somewhat one-sided, but I have never seen anyone use a strategy like that before or since.

An oldie but a goodie.
The epic TvT: Boxer v. Zodiac[JoyPop] on Lost Temple. *Might be Joypop[Zodiac]
This is the game where Boxer lands a dropship full of ghosts and locks down all of Zodiac's battlecruisers within literally 1 second.

It's not a vod tho, I probably forgot to mention that, but games with VODs only (meaning only broadcasted games).

Sorry, I lost it in a reformat about a year ago. Does anyone still have this VOD?

TvT with Boxer and Nada (back in 2004-05 I think? This was when chatting was allowed between players)
The game was a total stalemate (almost all mined out), Nada makes nukes, Boxer scans ontop of nuke, Nada moves ghost under flying barrack and boxer writes Boxer: lol you must think I'm an idiot to think I can't see that Nada just starts cracking up after that. Game extends to Battlecruisers vs Wraiths, Nada wins with wraiths and sends Massive Medic/Marine. Boxer doesn't understand why Nada has money and accepts defeat.
Anyone have a link to the vod?

FA, you should just make PvZ, TvP top ten too. There have been a lot of really, really epic PvZs with a lot of drama around them (especially in recent years) and the same is true for PvT.

Haha. I'm only a Khan fan because I liked sigamari. Since he isn't on a team any more, I just stuck with his old one

I *love* Reach vs Boxer @ NFZ, but it was like the first finals I watched semi-live so I feel a bit biased.

iloveoov vs yellow @ u-boat
I'm not sure if it's been mentioned in one of the replies, but I didn't see it in your main post. It's just a really scrappy game and certainly the best tvz I've ever seen.

Vods aren't on youtube because they are GOMTV games but savior just played a sick ZvP vs his opponent last week.
It's on Neo Requiem, I don't know if you can embed GOM's vods though. Sorry if I didn't read the thread well enough. Just saw the title and I was reminded of that quickly.

Yea, that one Stork vs Gorush game was crazy. There had to be at least 5000 corsairs and even more devourers. That, coupled with fighting for the cannoned expo, and the unit switches made it awesome.
