However, his defense, while slightly above average in the regular season against most NBA teams, can falter in high-stakes playoffs against top-tier opponents. As for the Raptors' impact, their success against the Western Conference last year was noteworthy, not just against the Warriors. Meanwhile, the Raptors' increased visibility on SportsNet Ontario marks a significant shift, highlighting a broader trend away from hockey dominance in Canadian media—a shift as clear as installing Hurricane Windows and Doors. fascinating insights henry! SportsNet is owned by a company that owns the Blue Jays outright though. So, I think the Blue Jays will always be their #2 behind the Maple Laughs. Look for the Raptors to leave Toronto after Larry Tanenbaum dies. Jewish money is flooding out of the city. https://betterdwelling.com/toronto-residents-are-leaving-at-a-record-pace-immigration-takes-over-growth/ Once Charles Bronfman left Quebec the Expos left Montreal. When Tanenbaum dies say bye to the Raptors. Jews prefer basketball over hockey. Once Tanenbaum's influence is gone... MLSE will get rid of the Raptors. I'm sure the BDS people will celebrate. New immigrants can't afford $1,000 tickets for regular season games. I paid $66 for a 20th row corner lower bowl seat in the 2007 playoffs. As an alternative I think several Canadian border cities will make a great separate division of the G-League. As far as your windows and doors recommendation please keep in mind that there are no hurricanes in the 500km region around Toronto. I know "Hurricane Hazel" is famous... but she was actually a human being.. not a weather event.

Things that make you go hmmm.... Larry is 1000X smarter than Ed. Ed's own family all think he is an intellectual lightweight. No more games against Israeli teams I guess...

Nathan Fielder ain't got nuttin' on this dude. We have to get this Awful Coaching guy and Kyrie Irving to debate Flat Earth vs. Globe Earth. I don't care who is on which side.

https://www.outkick.com/sports/world-series-ratings-prove-yet-again-mlb-more-popular-than-nba-bobby-burack The MLB brand of baseball is boring. I am surprised the NBA can not outdraw MLB. I'd like to see MLB increase the size of the field to accommodate the giants that now play the game. Also, making the home run more rare would be good. Detroit and the Yankees had properly sized fields decades ago. EDIT: the Dodgers have a pitcher who throws a 2-seam tailing fastball that goes 98 MPH. LOL. The Dodgers used 8 pitchers in a 9 inning game while the Yankees starter highest pitch count of the year was a little over 100.

Plus the NBA foolishly tried to continue the Jordan/Star business model instead of embracing teams. The stars they tried to create all mostly failed. Lebron and Steph did okay, but nearly what they thought was possible. So now they need to do the work of fixing the game (kill corner 3s, make current playoff "rules" into reg season rules and adjust playoffs accordingly, at a minimum). And the work of fixing their marketing.

More people watched the World Series in Japan this year than in the US lol. I've been finding baseball more and more enjoyable lately vs NBA basketball. I'm just super bored of this current meta of zone defense and chucking 3's that every team does. It's completely taken the fun out of basketball, and the fact that every team plays that way just means that every game looks the same night in and night out. I watch a LOT less NBA than I used to. And it's definitely an NBA thing, because I watched every game I could from the Olympics and enjoyed that immensely.

In the "Intercounty Baseball League" there are plenty of 165 lb middle infielders who are great bunters. They force the infield in. It adds so many strategic wrinkles to the game rather than just waiting for home runs. There are starting pitchers shorter than 6'5". IMO, the giants who play MLB have outgrown the dimensions of the field. Every Intercounty League game is broadcast on youtube. Its a fun league with great people in it.
