Im currently C on iccup, and usually i don have any problems in pvt, its actually my best Mu i would estimate it at about a B- pvt, my high is C+ tho thanx to my pvz. I usually play on old maps, or if i do play some of the new maps its Othello or Wuthering Heights, but lately ive been trying to play andromeda.
My pvt style is very defencive, i usually wait until the T pushes and then i crush the push deny his epxo's while i take a macro advantage, and just starve out the terran. But on Andromeda the terran has easy access to his 2nd expo, which is extremely annoying since its very hard to starve him out.
If the terran decides to push out at 160 supply then i would be ok, since i would have seen if he had taken his 2nd or not and expoed or not. The problem im having is with a camping terran. Here are 2 scenario's im having problems with.
The terran Maxes and then pushes to my base, i either get raped (Icecream protoss) or i win the battle barely. In which case the terran has enough fact's and economy to support another push coming soon, and can afford to use drops/vultures to harrass me. If i lose a nexus it's gg. He then slow pushes to an expo, and takes it, im either distracted and don't notice, or i do notice and am in terrible position to attack.
The other scenario is the terran takes his 3rd expo at around 160 supply and then basically auto wins game.
I find that carriers are extremely shitty on andromeda, There is absolutely NO place that you can put the carrier that they will be safe from Gol's. Which by then will most likely be 3-3.
I guess the only thing to do on that map is to, 13/14 nex and then tech to arb/carrier after u take your in expo.
IMBA?

I believe White-Ra made a very good Fpvod on how to play PvT on Andromeda. Check it out.

If the terran takes a fast 3rd and turtles on it, get another gas expansion and go very quick arbiters. As soon as he tries pushing out recall inside his base. This will distract him and delay him long enough that you can probably secure a 5th base, or one of the islands and add some more gateways. When he clears out your recall play your normal style, let him push out a little, then recall him again. This is usually what happens in most pro games where the protoss wins on andromeda. They go fast dt or reaver, and then expand a few times and go arbiters and mass recall. If you can bring more than 1 arbiter with your recall and stasis some units on his ramp as he tries to come back to defend you can pretty much clear out most of his main and it'll be gg.
Disclaimer D+ terran's point of view on the subject~
Edit: Last few TvP's i've played on andromeda I take my nat quick, two fact tanks with dual upgrades, stop production, get my 3rd cc and build like 6-8 more facts quickly, then zoom up to 2/2 150/200 and roll out, heading for the toss' 4th and usually raping their army every time. I haven't encountered a toss yet that has gotten quick arbiters like much did recently vs ForGG** and flash, and that usually wins them the game because you can just distract them with recalls and mass expo.
