I love how everyone mentioned dota replays as sleep inducing, I noticed the same thing when I used to play. It was almost impossible for me to watch an entire game without nodding off.

I watched a lot of Korean Pro-VODs on OGN/Playple TV (With exciting Korean commentary of course), its not that bad. Its harder to follow compared to SC and not as exciting/intense. Dota on the other hand is beyond boring and I cant bare to watch it.

Also, it's what you do during the day that effects your sleepiness at night. It's all the generic stuff your mom tells you: eat right, exercise, drink lots of water instead of soda (caffeine = anti-sleep).
Yeah i do this. Trying to stop but it's rather hard. whenever i get pissed i just stay up, which leads to more stress vicious cycle.

I watch 'The Joy of Painting by Bob Ross' I have like 5 seasons of it.
He has such a somber melodic voice and the painting in general put me in a really relaxed sleepy mood. I'm usually out in 10 min.
