I'm not even kidding. I start nodding off after 2-3 games no matter what. I guess it's physically impossible for me to study and get better at the game. WC3 is less exciting than TvT.
Oh well, at least I'll know how to treat insomnia from now on.

Also, it's what you do during the day that effects your sleepiness at night. It's all the generic stuff your mom tells you: eat right, exercise, drink lots of water instead of soda (caffeine = anti-sleep).

This actually happens when I watch sc replays as well, occassionally even when watching sc vods even though I´m not particulary tired. Wasn´t there some thread on this, replay fatigue or something.

Yeah, SC will make me sleepy if I'm already tired, but wc3 is a whole different story. I was literally dozing off during the middle of the day.

It was suprisingly refreshing but then I began falling asleep and went back to watching TvT dropfests, oh god I yawned while I typed that, zzz.

But watching those replays makes me doze off as well. Not melee as much as DotA replays. God, DotA replays are so long and tedious to watch. I feel like I'm doing hw.
