It is at least relieving to see that enough of the report is public to where we can say with confidence Barr is full of shit. Even what I have read so far directly conflicts with his statements. Good grief, this election is going to be ugly.

Also, I love that his immediate response to advisors on the day the SC was hired was "this is the end of my presidency." Def the language of an innocent man.

He's declined to make a prosecutorial decision, but he's laid out a ton of facts for someone else to. It is almost like he knows the DOJ isn’t the government body that should be used to limit the power of a president. Is trying to fire the investigator really obstruction if the person thinks they are fucked?

Sarcasm aside, he still wont be impeached because I don't even remotely believe that American politics has a fraction of the integrity it takes to impeach the orange gibbering loon.

The whole obstruction timeline reads like bad Nixon fan fiction. Its hilarious how hard Trump attempted to obstruct the investigation. It makes Barr look like even more of a political hack for finding nothing wrong with this.

Now we can confirm it! Yup, definitely 100% nothing. So much of a nothing that apparently the President thought it would end his presidency. Basically a long winded way to spell nothing. Sarcasm aside, he still wont be impeached because I don't even remotely believe that American politics has a fraction of the integrity it takes to impeach the orange gibbering loon. "He didn't actually think that, he wanted the regressive left to get cocky and overextend. Y'all need to get your facts straight. You don't get it."

The presidents efforts to influence the investigation were unsuccessful only because people declined to carry out his orders...

Hence when it comes to questions like domestic surveillance, abuse of FISA warrants, illegal leaks, you're really not thinking about that stuff and the facts. You're going through how much you hated the Putin summit, or when he called the media "Enemies of the People." It's almost a karmic calculation.

Further, Mueller not indicting for obstruction means little since they make clear from that they went in with the idea that they would not make a prosecutorial judgement on the charge for a variety of reasons.

I am curious what your thoughts are on Flynn once you finish reading the parts about him.
