so ive always had this weird obsession over names and ive taken this poll in a very many different places, and it occured to me that i hadnt taken it here yet, so thats what im doing. these are the top 11 most common [first] names in the world according to the office for international statistics. if your first name is one of them (or any variation, so anyone named Jonathan would vote Jon, anyone named Daniel would vote Dan, etc.) vote for it. if not, vote for other.

for some reason i'm inclined to think that tl probably has a lesser percent of "common" names than many other places would.
