I think adding a transfer cap could be a good idea, or maybe just saying your only allowed to spend up to £150million a window no matter who you are.
The 25 man squad thing is bit silly as that is what most leagues and clubs are anyway right? I mean even Man City who had world class reserve let alone bench only have 23 man squad I think that they are talking about the people on loan, too. Chelsea is given as an example of having a 60-men squad. I don't know what is the deal there, but apparently that is a bad practice and UEFA wants to remove it. But only if you count players that are away on loan, Chelsea B team, etc. etc. I don't know what they consider a squad if Chelsea is a 60-man squad.
Anyone on a wage bill should count immo. Transfer balance caps over a window make sense.

Because this is all that PSG and City have been doing, getting on level terms with what Chelsea did 10 years earlier...
I like this idea. Although this does lead to the issue that teams who haven't been doing it already lost it significantly. You have a poin there. Then again, could they really afford to in the first place? If they could they would have done it by now.
To some degree a larger part of me feels like its time to cut our losses and let the abuse be where its been and just level the playing field. Its better than muddying it any further, with questions of debatable "fairness".

so apparently both Sanchez and Mkhi are eligible to play in the respective European league. This is great news for both teams

Head: Alexis lost too much possession whilst Mkhi were keeping it simple and tidy, exactly what we need. Alexis also hasn't rested for decades so a bit prone to injuries. And to top it off, he has a worrying inner beastiality with his dogs.
Heart: he's a world class player, a player who can make differences, whom we haven't had one since RvP. And we just sold him to the very same club.
God damn it Arsenal. I hate you. We're done. Don't call me.
Call me.

If you get auba you are the winners of this transfer period though

Call me. Mkhi isn't exactly simple and tidy. He does need a lot of space. But with the fast pace football that Arsenal is trying to play, I think he'll do pretty well.

The Auba trade could help in creating Mkhi that space. In Dortmund Auba's pace and movement kept defensive lines playing low, which then allows someone like Mkhi to move in and exploit some of that extra space.

Mkhi just didn't work on United, he is still a great player, shit happens... he'll probably do much better at Arsenal.
And the fact Alexis said he left Arsenal for the same reasons as Henry back in 2007 or something, means either Arsene or the board lack that winning mentality is not the first player to leave Arsenal because they lack that.
And it'll keep happening if they don't change.
United got the better end of the deal though, at least on paper. Although, now that i think about it... what could have Arsenal done? they got a player they needed for a player that was going to leave either way in 6 months, so they didn't do badly either.

Goodbye Mascherano. You were the best succesor of Puyol as a captain and as a warrior that we could have hoped. Good luck.
