+ Show Spoiler [No kidding - if Obi pulled it off] + Night 6 and Epilogue 10 August 2015 Laverton, Western Australia DarthPunk sighed as he finished another bottle of water with his Anangu guide. He was nearly finished his cross country drive from east to west Australia and was ready for even more R&R in Perth. He had decided to stop a little and check out the wildlife and his guide had taken him a bit around Laverton before he would head southwest towards Perth. He and the guide were about to get back into the car when they were surrounded by poachers. His guide, who was Anangu, immediately started to panic, but DarthPunk tried to calm her down. "Hey guys," started DarthPunk, "we're not here to cause trouble. I'm on a cross country trip, and I needed a guide to set me on the right way to Perth. I'm from Queensland, for fuck's sake." "Why are you here with one of the natives then?" snarled one of the poachers. "I said I needed a guide," he replied, "I'm Aussie but not from around here. And I don't belong to the feds. I don't have any involvement here." "You didn't answer the question," the poacher retorted. "WHY ARE YOU HERE?" "I'm on a cross country trip and I'm going to Perth." DarthPunk replied, "Not sure how many times I can say that." Immediately one of the poachers stepped out to grab his guide. She tried to run away but was promptly seized by the poachers that surrounded her. "Let her go!" yelled DarthPunk. "It's a shame you had nothing to do with anything out here, but unfortunately you were in the wrong place at the wrong time." rsoultin, of the Anangu (Town Vanilla), was shot by the poachers! Onegu, as DarthPunk (Named Town) was unable to escape the poachers. ObiWanShinobi, a rogue hunter (Mafia Vanilla), continues to pilfer the Outback! The Town have been defeated... Mafia Victory! I would like to thank everyone for playing and congratulations to the mafia on their victory. Cheers Fidei and Tictock for helping with co-hosting. I especially want to thank Damdred and geript for offering their skills to analyse this game, and I really look forward to their writeup. Please stick around for post-game analysis and conversation.

So that was one thing that I was really scratching my head on, because I pulled out a bunch of quotes at length and you really went into setup discussion to the point that you shouldn't have ever voted Scott. I just didn't understand your train of thought on that one.

I'd lynch either of these 4 Tofu, Scott, clarity, Obi Clarity, it's this "hopeless post is forced" thing and then trying to make people vote him like he started the wagon , the "cheerleader" effect. He's basically just left the vote on him and fucked off without any real explanation. He has the pregame excuse that he won't be here all day so nothing more can be gained from him. Obi, I need to see some more before I decide, but having absolutely nothing from him except his misrep of me and then lots of pokey one liners is difficult.

I just didn't understand. eh honestly it's basically what i just said in that post there? i was townreading the last scum and there were reasons...some of them very good...to townread most of the town players >< it ended up being a...okay who could i be wrong on? and i ended up throwing out both oneg's claim and scott's green check and just looking at play ironically that stupid bad lynch may have actually won the game just because scott wasn't in lylo lol >< with all the eh's out of the way i had to look at obi harder and felt like a moron

It is a gift from God that keeps on giving. We (believes of the Claim or the Enlightened lowers) knew that clairity is the protective role so i had to "doubt" the claim in order to protect you. Please spare me. Your claim is what proves that clarity is the protective role. Us lower than you know halfthesky is only fair. A sharp contrast compared to the giving like of you. So us lowers know that there is only three blue roles. It is obvious the save was on Snickers from claritys (lol). He told the vigilante to "shoot" him because he knew there was no vigilante thanks to you and your great gift. Clairty has been playing well but only because your gift allowed him to. Oh mighty Onegu forgive me for not respecting the gift that keeps on giving. I realize you gave me seven posts because seven symbolizes many great things. There are the Seven Heavens. Your Claim is indeed one of the seven heavens. In addition there are seven wonders of the world. Australia was given the Claim from God Onegu in order to redeem it from being at once littered with prisoners. Thank you mighty Onegu Best post this game

However after talking to Palmar shortly around D4 or D5 and while half following along, there were a few really bad lynches down the stretch starting off with the D3 lynch. Here's the thing about it, when you really looked at and read from D3 on for the most part everyone was trying to solve the game except for two people: Onegu and ObiWanShinobi. Around D4 or so, I went back to read D3 (as it was relatively short) and you to find at least 7 of the 9 people playing and to some extent pushing thoughts/analyzing. You've lynched 2 scum in a row; the last scum isn't terribly likely to try super hard. Plus, when I saw Obi posting past N2/D3, more of it was trying to get other people to look at and consider lynches rather than doing any sort of analysis/thought progression/etc himself. I'll say that I did know at that point that OWS was mafia which skews my viewpoint, but it's a very good heuristic to use. The real problem I saw around N2 was that town never seemed to realize the position that they were in. There's like 10 people; if you find 4 other town (past the NK) you have an autowin. Your goal should as much (if not more) to be unlynchable obvious town than it is to find scum. Like it should be super easy to find 4 other town and convince them that you're town and that they're town too. You still want to his the last scum earlier rather than later; but it really doesn't matter so long as you're able to find 4 other strong town reads on D3, 3 on D4, 2 on D5, etc.
