When is flash entering the military? Or did I miss something and he already did his service?

My understanding is that he still has military service. As far back as I can remember, he started pro-gaming at 15, and is still a pro-gamer, without any interruptions.

Definitely no military service for Flash yet.
[I've heard things about AIMAG and how winning it gives you the possibility to hold off on (or completely bypass?) military service, and I seem to recall Flash winning that. My information on that note might be completely out there, however, but I rarely hear Flash talk about military service despite how it seems to be looming over everyone else his age.]

Good, Bisu might otherwise get bored being the only S-class around

God doesn't need to go to the military (;

By. clan insider Is he planning on playing out the rest of the season and retire from KT? When is flash entering the military? Or did I miss something and he already did his service? Bisu is four years older and still no military. He has quite a bit of time before he needs to worry.

Not surprised at all, but I know 이영호 mentioned at one point he was going to become a Zerg user, but didn't get a chance to actually do it...
Now would be a Perfect time for Flash to Switch to Zerg in BW. 이영호 should play Zerg... Do it Flash!!! Create some new Zerg strategies and tactics.

Probably be called up for draft when they near 30, a lot of the conscripts seem to go in right after high school to get the 2 years of service out of the way. You basically get paid nothing during that period, probably end up spending the little you earn at the PX.

MinD, HiyA, Mong, Last, sSak, Sharp, Sea...Any of the current top Terrans would destroy FlaSh if he returned.
Even Effort, previously an S-class player, struggles vs the top terrans.

come on flash dont tease us,,, and come back home =)

Because this thread is specifically about Flash one day streaming BW on afreeca. I don't know if you go on the sc2 forum but talking about BW doesn't go to well there... imo anyway. So having a separate thread is appropriate. also, pressuring works! Fans want Flash in bw I find it to be quite the opposite. Brood War fans tend to rage when SC2 is mentioned at all.
Wat's SC2?

I find myself more entertained watching Broodwar than SC2 these days, I wish their were more English commentators for it.

In his current state, probably. I don't know if he's touched the game since 2011.

Current conscription laws stipulate that athletes who win medals in the Olympic Games or gold medals in the Asian Games are granted exemptions but still required to do four weeks of basic training. In 2011, the Military Manpower Administration proposed amendments to the exemptions: to include men who have not completed middle school, and to change to a points-based system on a prescribed scale for athletes who win in prestigious competitions. This is partly to address criticism for the easy exemptions and to recognise the privilege to those who show steady performance.
I'm not sure if AIMAG is considered part of the Asian Games.

FlaSh only needs to regain like, 50% of his old form to be as competitive as them, which can be easily done in a few months of constant afreeca streaming.
Mind, Sharp? dont forget flash has the overall best TvT in the business back in the day. everyone hardly ever practices TvT now, its all about fundamentals and build preparation which flash has loads of compared to the rest.

Agreed. If anyone has been watching Nada he has shown how a top Terran can return to form.

I'd happily go back to watch more bw if there was more English commentary. Also, a bit improved graphics wouldn't hurt. Like higher resolution sprites or something. half of the SC2 games seem to be fixed anyway. :/
