My retarded sister woke me up as I was trying to sleep and its now 11:40PM. I have to get up at 3:30 to go to work so i essentially have 4 hours of sleep in which I will be feeling very very crappy when i wake up. Should I

sleep anyway
pull all nighter then sleep AFTER work.
note, I work at UPS so it involves lifting a lot of heavy boxes for like 4 hours.
