Especially at a foreign event. He looked out of it last IEM WC and then suddenly god-moded Life into oblivion. Wouldn't be surprised at all if he knocks out Dark. Having a hard time thinking of an event more stacked than this one relative to the era. Winter MLG 2013, Iron Squid II, and IPL 4-6 (if 6 actually happened) are the only ones I think compete. Pretty much the best Terrans are here, except for Bomber and MMA. Best Protoss players minus PartinG and sOs. Zerg looks a little weak. I would complain, but I'm a member of the manliest race. I think only Life makes it deep out of that bunch and even he has drawn one of the top picks to win in the first round :/

He could have been at Blizzcon and I would not have been mad. He's probably more mid tier level today though

Heck even last year's IEM WC. Just taking IEM WC 2014 as an example, it's true no one thought Oz, jjakji or Revival were the best players in the world but you can say the same for Patience, Hydra and FanTaSy. Or reaching back a little bit for stacked tournaments how about Blizzard Cup 2012? Mvp, DongRaeGu, Leenock, Life, PartinG, Rain, viOLet, Sniper, Seed, HerO. At that time that was a pretty stacked lineup.

Bbyong 1-3 Solar Zest 3-0 Hydra Bogus 2-3 Life Flash 1-3 Trap FanTaSy 0-3 Rain Maru 3-1 Patience Dark 1-3 TaeJa I can't believe I believe two of my three favourite players will lose in the Ro16. Cure 3-2 Solar Zest 2-3 Life Trap 3-1 Rain Maru 2-3 TaeJa Remember when people thought soO > TaeJa at Blizzcon? Well I'm here to tell you that TaeJa wins. Cure 3-2 Life Trap 1-3 TaeJa Now I'm probably just wrong. Cure 3-0 TaeJa You can't write that. Who the Bonjwa do you think you are? Well, Bonjwa you too, because I just did.

And vT was soO's strongest matchup too. Besides, everyone knows TaeJa is T1's weakness.

cuz herO has epic vT Bbyong > Solar With how bbyong played against Life in SPL ,and how his vZ is, I have to give it to Bbyong Zest > Hydra You cannot be fully clean unless you are Zestfully clean. INnoVation < Life INnoVation will win in GSL, so Life CAN win here Flash < Trap Cuz Flash sucks, and Trap is AWESOME!!!!! FanTasy < Rain (EX-SKT teamkill) First of all, RAIN!!!! also, cuz Fantasy is bad at vP MU Maru > Patience Cuz, Maru, no need to say more. Dark < TaeJa Taeja will show the Dark that he can still win while being the underdog. herO > Bbyong Cuz herO beats bbyong in BOX< 3 every single time Zest > Life Zest gets revenge from Life at Blizzcon. Trap < [b]Rain Rain mauls Trap again like he did in the finals of Pughcraft. [b]Maru < TaeJa Taeja rekts Maru in TvT herO < Zest Zest gets revenge on herO for Proleague Rain > TaeJa Rain gets revenge on Taeja (for WCS 2013 Season 2 finals) Zest < Rain Rain defies expectations and mauls Zest and wins. I BECOME A HAPPY MAN (I'm cool with Trap/Zest winning too tbh) Note: Zest shows the world that he is still strong, he defeats Life and herO (cuz Hydra is easy meat), only to be defeated by Rain. Rain wins the tournament without dropping a single map, (one can dream right?)
