The tool itself works normally During the time when the web server is unavailable the tool itself will work normally if you have the latest version of both the tool & the DB file (tool v. 10.3, DB v. 20.2). Version information is given in the top of the main log. Only issue is that match data from this period will not be uploaded. Thus I will not have access to it (cannot check if you have had some problems during the period). The 'download new version' button is side effect of the server being down. If you click it, it will attempt to load the 'new version', but notices that the data is bad. As result it will discard the data and just use the old version. Thus in effect clicking the 'download new version' button does nothing during this period. | ||

Regarding the bonus pool issue I have not heard anything for awhile. It affected only EU server and happened not that often to my knowledge. Another reason for a long period without MMR calculation results might be that you have been in low range of your league. At that range most of the time your MMR cannot be calculated from your oppoinent's data, unless you face someone from lower league. For example my last good game for one of my NA accounts was from the end of season 18. During season 19 I played ~20 games with that account and got no good games, but was all the time near the league border. At the start of season 20 I was demoted. Now as I was at the top of that league's MMR range I got immediately a good game that matched almost perfectly the last good reading from season 18 (estimate values were almost perfect). Hmm, yes, it might happen that players have played one or two more games 5 min after the game, but in this rare cases, the tool normaly get this by detecting "wrong map name", so we just have one more bad game. But on the other hand, you're only potentially hurting yourself. I think an advanced option like that could be reasonable provided the user understands accuracy could be affected. | ||

Waiting about 2-3 more min after a winning game realy helps me out, but ofc i cant wait if I lost the game, so this games are always bad. | ||

Bonus pools at least on EU & NA web profiles have stopped increasing early Monday on local times. On game client bonus pools are still increasing. Some time ago Blizzard moved next season's starting date a week further and they seem to have moved the ladder lock period start date also on game client, but forgotten to do the changes for web profiles. Thus the web profiles show incorrect bonus pools and all calculations made based on them will lead to incorrect results. After I have confirmed it is indeed a display bug on web profile side & not on client side, I will release a DB file that locks all data on all servers. As the MMR tool server is still down this DB file must be manually downloaded & installed. Edit: It seems that most of the time incorrect capped bonus pool is given by the web profiles, but seldom correct one is returned. This seems to a bit similar bug that has happened at start of 3 last seasons.
