He's lucky that he gets his ass carried every single time by that young KAIST student... He would have participated in many more deathmatches and been gone by now already... + Show Spoiler + he's alright i think he just relies more on his personality to carry him at times. his performance has definitely been suffering and ep 10 i think was the pinnacle of his failures

I'm surprised that yellow didn't get 2, heh. Hyunmin is incredibly smart. Once again knowing how to play the game once it's revealed. I'm kinda iffy about the episode preview, especially since it's a game based on social interaction, and it's from previous players. We're already down to final 3, why is this happening?

Still, part of being a genius is being able to maintain your composure, perform well in deathmatches etc. Yeonseung has really made it clear that he's a genius. Hyunmin too, without a doubt. Dongmin still has something to prove.

+ Show Spoiler + Probably helps that Yellow came back to kick ass! I agree with all the criticisms of Dongmin, and it is true he relied on a terrible mistake to win the deathmatch, but to be honest I was quite impressed with the way he handled the situation when he was on a bad streak. I've had bad days where everything seemed to be going against me, and I think if I were in Dongmin's situation, I might have caved when there were two spots left and not try a final gambit (or at least not pull it off so well). As with sports and life in general, being able to scrape out a win when the day is not going well is also very important.

I just watched Season 1 Episode 1 with some buddies of mine and we enjoyed it quite a bit, but were unsure if what we saw was genuine (as genuine as that kind of stuff can be anyway ;D). Maximum scriptedness would be: they all know the winner in advance and read a text when they speak. Minimum scriptedness would be: each participant is given individual hidden cues like "go talk to Kim Bla bla in room A" or "you could use X strat to win the game, you can discuss it with another player" and they record the relevant clutch conversations and events.
