STX SouL sweeps Hanbit in a brutal series, with their protoss star and their dynamite 2v2 both failing to perform. If I ever find myself in Korea, and I go to an STX ProLeague match, I will have to be drunk. And if Kal wins, I'll throw an empty bottle at his face. SouL wins 3-0.

MBC Hero pulls out a much-needed win in the Ace match. Same story as last season, two of the four sets perform beautifully, the other two putz around and lose, and then some heavy hitter knocks out some chump in the Ace match. Another TvZ win on Baekmagoji, and WeMade dives deeper into the hole they've found. Will Nada rescue this team mid-season? Hero wins 3-2.

Lecaf brings their skull-crushing lineup again, and it gives them the win. BoxeR hasn't lost yet this season, but despite Oversky looking decent lately he couldn't take down Anytime, because it's fall, and Anytime just doesn't lose this time of year. ACE's 2v2 continues to be useless, and MuMyung draws an unfortunate card when he's forced to play Jaedong ZvZ. Rough. Oz wins 3-1.

OGN proves yet again that they have no way to kill a Protoss. Tester wins the first game and the last against OGN's best player, who struggles against Protoss just as much as the rest of his team. Newcomer SangHo is looking to be a competent addition to eSTRO's Protoss squad. eStro wins 3-2.

Samsung falls to SK Telecom! Khan's 2v2 powerhouse was paired with a Zerg this match, and for the occasion he chose random. Unfortunately, he and his friend got wrecked, and T1's new Protoss fighter tore his Terran opponent a new asshole. MuJuK wins again, I love this guy. T1 continues to be a strong team this season, after a poor showing the season before. Khan isn't doing so well after being the undisputed top seed last season. Coach January either needs to send in Stork and FirebatHero every game, or help these other kids find a way to win, or her team is gonna tank hard. SKTelecom wins 3-1.

Hero Toss and Ganja Zerg lose to CJ's 2v2 team! Too bad, because that's the only shining light for CJ after this match. KTF's young boys take it home. Yet another ZvT on Baekmagoji, this time sAviOr falls to Flash. Sad, sad day. LuCifer provides another win and another entertaining game for his team, and the number of strong young Protoss players emerging on the scene is boistered again. Keep an eye on this kid, too. KTF wins 3-1.

This Kal situation is really starting to bother me. Have you ever walked around in boots with no socks on? You get the most awful blisters all over your foot. That's what Kal is to me, an awful blister on my foot. I know I shouldn't poke at it because then it'll get all infected and cause me further trouble, but I just can't help myself. So here I am, with a sewing needle, prodding at the sac of blood and pus under this flap of skin. Maybe I'll get lucky, and once I lance this little bastard it'll drain and I'll be free of pain and sorrow. What a glorious day that will be.
So, all I have to do is pierce Kal with a larger, more life-threatening needle. Tomorrow morning I'll suit up and ride out. Maybe I won't make it through airport security wearing a full suit of plate mail, but I'm sure they'll let me on the plane once I explain the situation and they develop the same seething hatred for Kal that I have. Once I land in Seoul, I'll procure some cheap amphetamines from a shady nogoodnik in an alley somewhere, and Kal WILL MEET HIS ULTIMATE, BLOODY DEMISE. I'M COMING FOR YOU, KAL.
Anyway, WeMade finally rolls out a win, by way of spanking Calm PvZ twice in one match. Rock got the final win and probably did something awkward for the camera immediately afterward, and CJ enroll in a lesson entitled "Using Savior, Iris, and DarkElf Every Single Match 101". WeMade wins 3-2.

Oh, woe is me. MBC Hero loses again, and this time even Bisu and Sea can't save their team. Bisu loses a very entertaining PvP on Blue Storm, a map which seems to cultivate and nuture PvP until it's a beautiful flower, ready to bloom for all the world to see. Sea loses to GuemChi, who plays his television debut, and shows excellent form throughout. Could we be on the verge of seeing yet another young Protoss dynamo? HanbitStars win 3-0.

Lecaf ain't fucking around this season. They field their strongest possible lineup once again, including Jaedong in the unnecessary fourth set. fOrGG proves that Terran doesn't have to go metal to win on Baekmagoji, in fact, they can do just about anything they damn well please. Lecaf is looking like they'll put a strong season together, and may be in playoff contention again. Lecaf wins 3-0.

Lordy, lordy, lordy. ACE just doesn't learn. After Oversky and Boxer produce the two wins that force an Ace match, the Air Force sends out MuMyung, and he is quickly and brutally dismantled by Luxury, despite having a superior build order. The highlight of this match was Boxer's win over Shine by proxy BBS, both barracks hidden in seperate locations. Shine probably had a build order he worked on for hours, just to play against Boxer with. When he scouted one of Boxer's barracks, he gleefully assumed it was merely a single 8rax, and proceeded to take his gas. The battle that ensued was not pretty. Boxer killed the entirety of Shine's forces, which included about 14 scvs and three marines. Boxer didn't lose a single marine. Not ONE. Watch this game. Even so, MuMyung drops the ball and OGN wins 3-2.
That wraps it up for this past week of ProLeague, you can check the results and standings thread (maintained by Daigomi, working solely from the purity in his heart) here: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=60232
