Hope you're kidding If you'd want to make it "more legitimate" in terms of determining who the better player is, it would be much better to have say three BoX matches (say X=5 or so), and maybe do them on different days, but it'd still be worse than a single BO7. Ultimately, you can't find out who the better player is with a few games. The best players in the world need to meet "naturally" at big tournaments and show who is better over the course of a bunch of matches (see Jaedong and Flash in BW for an example). Unfortunately, foreigners don't get to do that in Starcraft, but that seems like almost an unfixable reality right now.

I think the best foreigner need to be the best player when you sum up all of his three matchups. There was a time when Naniwa and Stephano were on the same level but a best-of-7 could not have determine who the better player is because at that time Nani was quite weak at PvZ and Stephano was fucking dominant at ZvP (but worse at ZvZ). Anway: go Scarlett!!!!

But no matter who will win, I'm excited for a great showdown. But still ... GO Scarlett!

If Nani plays standard he loses, if he just bombards her with all ins and cheese he wins, I think.

Above his skill level when he has preparation time? You mean he plays up to his skill level, and under when he doesn't get to prepare. Anyway, this is _sick_. Thanks SO MUCH to the benefactors and everyone else that is making this happen.

I think NaNi will win this showmatch 4-3 with some highly entertaining games. Btw I don't think NaNi will cheese more than 1-3 times he is quite the solid macro protoss. Anyway will be fun no matter who wins!
