The english stream URL has switched from twitch.tv/esltaiwan to twitch.tv/breakersc2 due to necessary changes.
Translating the rules right now...
Time: 19:00 Taiwan time, Wednesday December 18th 2013 to January 23rd 2014
From Source: http://www.ironforum.com.tw/SC2/Schedule.aspx
Prize: 85000 NTD,
1, Format: 1v1 Best of 3 games: Loser picks map, Altogether there will be 5 sets of Best of threes, the Fifth match being the ace match. The first team to reach 3 victories in this tournament wins the match for the night. The fourth match and before, if a competitor has played in a Bo3, they may not be sent out to compete again (basically in the event of an ace match can people send out a player that has previously participated that evening).
2. The tournament's point system: Every victory and defeat counts for adding a point and subtracting a point respectively. For example, if team A beats team B, with four Bo3s for 2:1 1st set, 2:1 2nd set, 0:2 3rd set, and 0:2 4th Set, then team A has 2 points, and team B has -2 points. In the event that two teams should have the same score, then 2 sets will be played to determine who advances.
3. Tournament map pool: We will be using all of the maps in the WCS map pool at the time.
Nothing else in regards to non-players. I will be trying to cast this if I have a chance, but of course, I am on my way back to America on the day it begins.

Great job! so it's an online tournament?

Well.. obvious favorite to Startale.. but this is a gauntlet. San could cut through players like Life and Curious. I'm excited to get to check out a good bit of Chinese play!

Great job! so it's an online tournament? Yeah, I've been a part of Flash Wolves for a month now. As far as I can tell this is an online tournament. Very few massive tournament budgets in Taiwan exist to the extent that they can invite players from Korea.
