So far, I been doing really well. I started the T25 work out program. Today was day 3 the work out was Total Body Circuit, it was the most challenging one so far. With my current health state it was a puker! but God damn it felt good after words. I am really liking the program as it only takes 25 mins of my time a day and I feel like it drains me.
Food Wise I have doing great as well. I am following a low glycemic Index food diet. mostly based on lentils, beans, peas, lots of veggies, and white lean meat. My breakfast consist of half a cup of plain oatmeal, 2 hard boil eggs and half of a green apple. lunch usually some veggie soup, as I find veggies easier toe eat in liquid form and the protein, and dinner I'm doing a can of tuna, or something very light as well. and some days adding lentils or beans etc. my water intake has gone up big time. and my coffee drinking as well ( plain no cream no sugar). Last week I stepped on the scale and the reading was 85k I hope I will be down to 82k or so by Friday. I want to continue hard regimen until im doing to 75k
I started implementing some better habits to take advantage of the day better. Usually when I go to bed I put this thick darken blinds so the sun wouldn't wake me up at 6 am. I decided to quit that and wake up with the light of the sun and start my day. I want to be doing more productive things, and implement some kind of meditation and self reflection.
I just finished reading the book the monk who sold his Ferrari, good read, will deff implement some things from there. Now im going to re read rich dad poor dad, and re read how to influence people. maybe Ill add the 7 habits of highly successful people.
On me Game wise, I started reading the Magic Bullet PDF again, its nice to refresh a lot of concepts that get lost, I'm very interested in getting my story telling better, I came around a couple great articles about it, very very good info if you care to read, http://www.venusianarts.com/forum/forum/essentials/best-of-the-forum/7508-supreme-storytelling

reading about it seems like we all knew this and it was basic but some how we don't apply it!
Also, I started dancing lessons yesterday, I took courage, as it is a little embarrassing, but I decided to start by going to my moms house and asking her to teach me how to merengue and salsa. It was very embarrassing at 1st, but after all its my mom so we danced and tryed things for like 45 mins, it was a very good lessons, we will be doing it everyday until I get the grasp of it. I'm very interested in learning how to dance 2 songs in particular,
and
so I hope in a couple of weeks I would be at least ready to dance with basic moves and not just sit and watch all my friends dance with the girls I pick up lol
Finally, with the girl I was telling you guys last time, yesterday we finally had a lengthy conversation via text message. I finally gather her full attention and had her replying to me instantly, not like before ( she would take almost 1 hr to reply) and got her qualifying herself and very engaged. it seems like a good sign, I mentioned to her that I might go with a couple of friends to the fair and that she should tag along, which she responded if she didn't work that day she would love to, which seems like a ok response, she didn't want to exactly commit but she left it open... I plan to not text her or call her at all today and all tomorrow I want her to re initiate contact with me.. hopefully that wont back fire on me.
one more goal to add, I wan to buy a car before this year ends, so I will be spending less money on alcohol and partying to save up, with some project that I have going on I should have around 8k to buy a decent used car here before December!
