That doesn't mean anyone can't get in. I'm sure Ace managed to at some point.

Woah. Mangastream just completely changed their layout. That ad on the right is going to get annoying... even if you do adblock it. edit: You think maybe fujitora's fruit is something really simple like a "push" or "force" fruit where he can just pull meteorites down from the sky, stop things or cave the floor in?

I've been trying to figure out the power of Fujitora and I do have to agree with Hyperbola. Maybe it is just some extreme form of Pain's power with a push and pull. I don't know how it is related to unsheating his sword though but maybe that how he directs it?
I looked back at Chapter 701 and maybe the reason the crooks were "pinned down" was the "push" was directly towards them via where the blade was facing.
If you look at Chapter 713, he actually something like Battoujutsu on page 8 where it looks like he actually "resheathe his sword" or something to point it upwards and the force basically was directed towards the heavens to pull something back down (funny if it ended up being a NASA Satellite hehe!). Page 10 has him unsheathe his sword again to "repel" the meteor so as not to damage him.
If you look how he repels in those two occassions, neither of them had him pointing towards Law or Doflamingo so I they weren't pinned down unlike those at chapter 701. That's my guess at least.

I hope he and the other admiral are not logia. I always thought it was lame that the admirals were all logias.

Yes we need fewer logia people so, Usopp has a chance to crush them

Perhaps it wasn't a Whitebeard protectorate, but the country was at least friendly to one of Whitebeard's top officers. I wonder if Kinemon and co were going to pay their respects at Ace and Whitebeard's grave.

Nah, Usopp will never get armament haki, it just doesn't seem to be in his personality, but maybe observation haki. However, I'd bet that he'll eventually incorporate kairoseki into his weapon... he's already used kairoseki handcuffs as a shot against Caesar.
Also, the way Kizaru backed down against Ben Beckman, it makes me wonder if he had kairoseki bullets loaded. It seems like kairoseki has been forgotten with all the Haki talk, but I'd expect a powerful crew to have access to a decent supply of it and it has always seemed more surefire than Haki.

Is he even a logia? With the Yami Yami fruit i think the definition of logias have been stretched a bit. Aside from controlling an element, i always thought that what defined a logia was the ability to turn into that element. This is obviously not true since Blackbeard can no turn into Darkness. Personally i don't see how the Darkness fruit can be a logia when for instance Magellans fruit is paramecia. With Blackbeard, it feels more like the logia's fruit affect on how the user turns into their element. Instead of being able to dissipate, it's just the opposite, so he takes more damage than normal. It's not that he can't turn into darkness, it's that he's essentially darkness all the time because of the fruit's powers. It's like going towards negative numbers, while logias are going towards positive. http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Marshall_D._Teach#Yami_Yami_no_Mi
I really like your thinking about a negative directed Logia, but I always thought BB can be hit, because he cannot let things get through him. Like things can get to a dark hole, but not out/away. Still this is not a satisfying explanation for me. His fruit is called the darkness-logia fruit, not the black hole-fruit.
I think we need to discuss what darkness is: The definition says that darkness is the absence of visible light and the only thing which can suck up light (atm?) is gravity. As soon gravity has reached the point where it sucks in light, it´s called Black Hole. No transition zone. So we can say that every time he uses his abilities he creates a black hole. (Even when he is not using his black hole skill) I do keep in my mind that the whole planet would be crushed if BB summons a black hole, but please it´s One Piece^^.
Well so in my opinion he is like a gravity-logia user (with some special extras^^) and fujitora could have some gravity-paramecia powers.

If it is just magical darkness(whihc is quite common in fiction), then there is no need for actual black holes everytime something goes dark. Don't always use astrophysic when talking about this manga.

Nah, the other way around is how I feel it. Kairoseki is a weapon of the weak used against someone more powerful than yourself. Beckman is no weakling so we can probably assume that his rifle was loaded with Haki. Kairoseki is also something I think that only the Marines or the WG have access to, iirc it's something pretty rare that comes from a remote part of the ocean. Not easy for a single ship pirate-crew to get a hold of that.

He loaded his "aura" into a gun instead of bullets made from any physical substance? I think you might want to rephrase or rethink that statement.

well, Mr.5 has already used his breath as bullets so

Ben Beckman more than likely uses Haki infused bulluts similar to how people infuse their haki into swords.

The Kuja pirates use Haki to strengthen their arrows. I'd bet a few dollars that Ben Beckman as Shanks' first mate can do the same with his gun. Actually I'm pretty sure most of Shanks' higher ups know how to use Haki. Yasopp for example, would bet he's got it too. The big fat guy whose name I forget, probably as well.
