Also, anyone know about how to unlock your IPhone while in China too? I know my friend did it but he was already in the ATT plan or something and they did it for free for him.
Thanks so much. Any ideas are much appreciated. :D

Otherwise, cry. Just kidding, facebook works sometimes on the iPhone so always try that. Experience: Chinese Kid growing up

instead of sticking your nose on your mobile phone screen to watch unimportant stuff on FB you should enjoy your trip and do stuff, because you might never be able to go there again

Pray they didn't internally block Facebook. Avoid those free proxy sites. It's faster to teach a dog English than to load Facebook on these slow proxies..

Anyways, why are you worried about Facebook being blocked when you should be worrying about Twitch being blocked.

They should be able to do it for you. For me, I went to Korea and luckily the people over there were able to do it for me (though it took a while cause they had no idea how). But they recommended that I ask my original phone company next time since it's different for each model. my dad called them or something. said they could allow it to work but it would cost like 2.50 per minute or something. thanks for the tips guys :D

I'm living here and if you have the money i'll suggest you to get astrill, it works pretty well, veeeery rare downtime, only few hours in the last 4 months i've been using it and they fixed it during the day. They also have a portable vesion that you can use on internet bars with no restart required. I use it to play dota on US servers, pings goes down from 600 to 170-230 and it becomes very stable, is also very good if you use gmail, soundcloud, facebook, youtube, and many other stuffs, the internet just gets a lot more stable. And hotspot shields never connects, its extremely random. Gluck and if you pass by Yiwu let me know .
