Bly dealt with the widow mines very poorly though. He left the widow mines at his 3rd forever, and didn't get detection over there for a very long time, long enough for the mines to recharge twice.

This group could have gotten the exact same results in WOL and nobody would have been surprised. Especially when it's offline where Happy shines.

its actually the same.
actually the terrans in this group put up the best games so IMO they deserved it. Bly looked hopeless and Hasu made some big mistakes.
looks like the only who cared about bringing something prepared specifically for the first match was Lucifron
GG ^^

The reaction of this forum toward terran dominance, when compared to the reaction toward zerg dominance, is truly sickening. Afaik in Code S the terrans aren't doing (significantly) better than zergs. Overall rating wise zerg and terran are pretty much even, and zerg is still played by way more people on ladder (and there are in any game enough people who run straight for whatever is strongest). Maybe terran just isn't dominating all that much? (Sure some stuff will need to be adjusted in a patch, but nothing is winfestor/gglord level broken).

There's been a lot of Terran dominance, but I feel like it's the favorites advancing so far. Hopefully Ret advances as he looks to be the strongest player atm in HOTS.
Edit: Err I mean in Group C.

Haha, I love BW but ZvZ is the worst.

Happy played well. Bly just seems lost in this area of Lair play.

top notch production - huge thanks to ESL and the caster duo!

Yes, Bly did. However, my point still stands. I see this more and more each day; in fact even Life just ended up baneling busting Flash twice after losing to the 140 pop bio/mine push in the AIMAG qualifiers.

A bit disappointed by hasu, but I think luci, bly & happy all played well. A bit surprising to see luci hold bly's baneling-bust, when the Korean terrans learn to do that the night will surely be dark ^^

Maybe Infestors will become popular again, I don't know. It just looks to me like foreign Zergs don't have strong enough mechanics to play Muta/Ling against Bio/Mine. Even among Korean Zergs, only the best ones seem to be able to pull this off so far.

I think Kaelaris should raise his chair so he does't seem short in relation to tod.
