Today I am taking actions toward my desired outcomes.
So I compiled a list of things I want to turn into habits that will help me reach my goal to become the best version of myself.
1. Get back to lifting 3 times a week.
2. Eat properly.
3. Start going out more often and socializing with people.
4. Fix my wardrobe. Again.
There are way more things I can do and should be doing, but for now I want to keep the list short, so that I don't overwhelm myself. One step at a time right? Anyway this blog is kinda short, I usually put in a lot of effort when I'm writing one, but really nothing has happened as of recent, I've only left the house twice since the last time I cut off contact with my ex. I hit rock bottom. I want theme of my new blogs to be redemption, as a close friend who reads my blogs gave me the idea, and it will be about me achieving my goals of becoming the best version of myself that I can possibly become. All I've ever known for the past 2 and a half years of my life was this girl. I hope you guys will enjoy the new adventures I am about to embark on. I know I will.
