The usual: Don't flame casters or players. Don't discuss balance in this or any LR thread. Don't call your fellow posters idiots. Be excited, happy and entertained. |

Mc vs Mvp - watch if you wanna see how powerful stargate openings are
Taeja vs Bomber - watch if you're a fan of bomber, series is very one sided and quick
SEn vs Parting - pretty good series overall

Hey guys just wondering, how are the Terran matchups in HOTS so far? Are they significantly different from WoL? Watching MMM got really boring in WoL I was hoping the new units and mech is getting more use.

MC vs MVP was a fantastic series (apart from the technical problems in game one). i love how MC does these new, calculated Oracle builds that noone has seen before, then mixes it up with a classic gateway ramp bust, almost like some kind of statement to all terran players: "You know, i can still do this. we are still playing starcraft 2 and with my mothership core this push is deadlier than ever, so make damn sure you get that stimpack pretty fast or im just gonna walk over and kill you".

Dunno if this belongs here, but during the flash vs ret series, fans were booing, I suppose flash, and day9 told them to shut up. The reason I bring this up, is that I think booing is ok because it just shows passion of fans which is pretty cool/needed. It happens in real sports all the time. I mean besides maybe the fans were just booing because they are getting sick of seeing foreinger's get knocked out by koreans, or maybe they were sick of terran medivac boost. The point is we don't always have to be super nice to each other, sure at the end of the series clap and cheer, but if your favorite player is getting owned its ok to boo. It's called being a fan. And if you want to see esports grow, showing fan passion helps. I think day9 was being a bit naive. Anyway I don't hate day9 or flash for knocking out ret I just wanted to voice my thoughts.

As for me booing (or random, not coordinated screams) is sign of low manners not passion
