This I learned while playing a League of Legend game
If my team mate didn't trust me, we will never break in the chemistry of team work
Once we have established the trust, we do our things, and the rest is up to god to decide if we shall success or not.
Now that's 0% to 50% success rate improve, bravo!
What's the 100%? That's already there, now we have improved 100% from not trusting team mate to trusting team mate 100%. I am sure the wonderful 100% success will just hit when the time is right.
