Opening heavy stargate and skipping robo tech opens to heavy hydra play. No twilight tech and charge puts the protoss player on a ticking time bomb. You have to hit the Z before he has too many hydras. Which is why you saw Symbol pull drones near the third - because it's an iffy hold. After that, hydra DPS will overwhelm. Stargate play will always be early-mid game and late late game in PvZ. Nothing in between (at the highest levels)

As I said. I dont get the match up. You have to play 100% to win a PvZ
While Zerg can be sloppy an lose like 2000 minerals in the beginning and still put down the 4th while forcing chancel on the Protoss 3rd.
As long as you not cheesing hard, the Zerg player will always find a hole in your wall.

I know Jaedong will be coming right back from the US right before the wildcard group but he has to be liking the all zerg group so far

Which is why I have no clue why both Grubby and First only tried macro games...

ah, my favs are through! i feel sorry for grubby, but i didn't expect him to take a game in a strong group like this unless he got lucky, instead he got kinda unlucky. nice to see drg looking really sharp again as well.

I thought Grubby had pretty slim chances and I'm not especially a fan, but I still voted for him for the humour value. And if I had another 10 more votes to toss his way, I'd keep it up, even though I know the results... Surely I can't be the only one?

wow. I wasn´t expecting Losira to do this good today. Congrats for him.

So is there not going to be a Code A this season?

Can I pleas get quoted if there is no Protoss left in the RO16 in code S ? It wouldnt suprise me at all. The only hope is the Parting Immortal train.

Hey guys, I have 8 AM labs on Wednesday this semester so there is no way I'll be able to do the threads. Who wants to make the thread for tomorrow's up and down group? Liquid HerO is playing if that's an incentive for anyone.
