The title for this wasn't Starcraft related, so I didn't post the header image. :X A coworker named it "Master Chief Mac and Cheese" since we've been playing so much Halo 4 lately. This looks so good. I'm going to revise a few recipe items but definitely going to give this a try. Thanks. 5/5

Not Food-Porn would mean it could still be about food, it's just not pretty enough to be considered food-porn. As it is, not-Food Porn implies that it is porn, just not the food kind. Not, I think, what you were going for. Might get more people to click, though. *edit* Ninja'd by like a day. Didn't see the second page >.< T__T like I said, my title got changed. It's usually just "Food Porn!"; but someone changed it. @@

Correct me if i am wrong but the silken tofu is acting like the Roue in a normal cheese sauce to keep it from separating.

The tofu sauce does have the consistency of the regular cheese sauce too.

I substituted out the green onions for green pepper pieces that I also sauteed with the mushrooms. I also used Kraft with extra types of cheeses rather than making a roux and using my own noodles. In the end though, it's pretty delicious and definitely something I would've never thought of. Next time I'll just add onions to complete the sausage fest.

Glad it turned out well for you! :D I typically make all of the recipes in bulk too. A lot of the pasta dishes last me about 5 days, so it's really cost effective. All you need to do is reheat a small batch and you're good to go.
