Over time I have gained enough experience that I know how much water I have to add so the rice get's the correct bite, even when considering the water from the peppers. And I sometimes use vegetable broth instead of chicken and I use Gouda/Emmentaler as cheese. For the future, when you use "1 cup" "1 can" (same can apply to vegetables like onions, cucumber, potatoes, ...) etc, can you please add g/ml (or whatever metric system you use^^)? Because my cups all seem to have a non normed size and it makes it a pita to find out the correct value. | ||

This shit is Bomb.com! My grandma makes OG risotto, and I'm happy to say that mine--being the first time i've made risotto--came out reminding me of my grandmothers heavenly dish. Thanks Newbistic! I'm trying to do this without cheese (wtf risotto w/o cheese?!) so I added some frozen squash to make it creamier. Also I steamed some chicken with jalapenos & wine and added it at the end. pics as ordered! 3 pot macro omnomnom This shit is so good, I made it for myself and my roommate and she said it was fucking good and finished it. | ||
