Part 1 -
Within this last season of SC2 I haven't been playing much, Well I haven't played at all the be honest. I lost complete motivation to play, I was aware of the future of Legion and it made me rethink my dreams of becoming a professional gamer. With the disbanding of Legion, I became a casual gamer again. Playing a lot of League of Legends with friends, Playing WoW again which I haven't done since I started Starcraft, 2 years ago, And generally not really following the pro scene. When Legion was absorbed by FXO, (official announcement found here a new spark was lit inside me. It made me realise how silly I was to stop playing and lose motivation. It was the kick I needed to start again with a completely new mentality, A new set of goals, and a new team to call home. My last few months with Legion, I was having some troubles with my wrists (I'm over it now) and couldn't practice much in order to fix the problem before it got out of hand. During my downtime I stepped down as a player on the team, and became the SC2 coach/ General media management. My job currently in FXO is the same, and I'm working towards changing that. My goals for the near future, Is to refine my practice, Continue to improve, and aim for getting into GM before the new year. I'll be working hard and streaming more.
My general plans to improve, Is to utilize the tools I have at my disposal. With the switch to FXO all NA players have the opportunity to communicate with the Korean players and possibly acquire replays to analyse and learn from. I'm hoping to be able to take advantage of this to the full extent. I won't be practising directly with the Korean players, since games vs me would be a waste of time for them, and I can't take away to much of their time, but what I'm trying to say is I'm going to be working hard to improve and show better results.
TL;DR - I want to stop sucking, and become a more valuable player, Will be practising hard and streaming more.
Part 2 - While I was still apart of Legion, I was working with Lorch, He was working on a montage for my replay pack, it was a little experiment I wanted to try and see how it turned out. When the finished product was sent to me, The disbanding of Legion was all but official so I never actually released the replay pack, or the video. Lorch put in a lot of hard work for me and I feel bad that I've taken this long to release his video. So please enjoy, and if you're interested in him doing work for yourself or your team, Make sure to contact him on TL - Lorch. My replay pack will be released soon, I want to update it a bit more with some recent games.
