Weird shit becomes the norm

I am not angry with my room mate anymore. Every couple nights he has one of his friends in our room and they just talk. and talk. and talk. about everything. He's still having girl problems about if the girl he likes likes him back or not.....

On a brighter side, I made a conscious effort to cut back on my weed. I am meeting with my father on saturday for brunch. We will see what happens then. People are finally getting friendlier and warming up to more than just trying to find out where the next party is.

I have finally adjusted to my college lifestyle. It has completely sunk in that I am now in college and I have forgotten what my own bed feels like. Either way, I'm still alive. I got a nice amount of homework done today. I had a bit of a rough start to my year with my first test getting me a 61.5/100. I will analyze what I got wrong. Did I take bad notes on one section? Did I not do suffecient review on the details? Did I get some information mixed up? We will see...

I gotta befriend some frat brothers though at a party this friday. It's been a while since I have been to a party

edit - I could be sleeping right now, but instead I am letting one of my hall mates do his homework here with the company with my room mate and I.

For me personally, the first test is often the hardest because you don't know what to expect, or how the teachers' lecture pertains to what they're going to ask, or even the format of the test. You'll do better next time for sure now that you know what to expect.

Same here. I definitly put in enough time studying and reading. I don't skim over the text when I read either

don't worry too much about making friends with guys, just make friends with gamers... what you need to worry about is establishing a network of girls, because just like what frank herbert originally said he who controls the girls controls the universe.. also the girls must flow (;
