If you are in a team.
If you are someone who recently reached master league.
If you even more recently reached quarter finals of playhem, beating axslav and fenixhero (someone from team thermal take, he took down goody) by miracle. (but eventually losing to TSL Revival in BO3)
if during this tourney a ex-team member was bullshitting about your skills, how you are actually in raw skill still diamond, and how you will never achieve anything in tourneys. If he starts spamming your teamchat with bullshit about how much you suck, after you proudly announced you beat axslav (even if it was with korean 4gate), while you are nervous because you know you still have to play games against insanely skilled people.
If after this other team members start defending the behaviour of this ex-team member, by saying he was just speaking out his mind.
then is this a team you should stay in?
ps: sorry for this bullshit blog, i am drunk and angry atm, because some people dont like it when they see others achieve something (even if its with a wonky build in starcraft..for me as a scrub it was important...and to have to take shit from your team afterwards really feels like what you did was just something like random luck without further meaning).

Leave, simply leave. If they defend his behaviour for that its not worth staying, they obviously aren't developing their own players and have a lot of ties to this guy more than you. Now you might have been bragging too much, and yeah it was k4g which is really about execution and nothing else, and hell axslav might have been angry (i doubt it, he made bank on EG and he still makes quite a bit for a mid level pro), but that kind of activity is unacceptable.

Hey man, I saw your blog before where you talked about beating axslav and fenix
And I just want to say: Hey man, chill, look it´s a great stepping stone, but it is not such a huge deal. So just zimmer down personally and what you have done (I am not putting anything on you, or making you feel blame, I just want you to first be sure you are ''clean'')
Then: Just go over what the others really did or said, like maybe they were spurring you, or was just jealous, or maybe just joking. I feel you are really overreacting to this.

Sounds like they are jealous of your success. You should only stay on a team if you feel like they are offering something valuable you can't get elsewhere, otherwise the members should be likable enough for you to stay. If your team meets neither of these requirements why stay?
|
Cost benefit analysis, man. What do you risk losing by leaving? What do you gain by leaving? If you aren't going to lose anything, then leave. That was pretty retarded of them. If you think that they are actually helpful, and that you can't find another team, then stay.
