I gave it a 2/5 for the effort.

As I said in another similar thread, at this point I'm just fed up with Blizzard as a company. Been losing faith in them since a couple years ago, actually.

Myself, I have to say I really really enjoyed the first week of D3, then I completely lost interest and dropped it. What made the game really fun was the ability to switch skills and try out many different viable and semi-viable builds without having to go through the pains of re-creating a whole new character. I just couldn't be arsed to do that in D2. Also, raising dps to the maximum extent possible and getting away with it was also pretty fun. But I quit due to the repetitiveness of it all. Which is the same reason I quit D2 after a couple of weeks as well. The only problem was that the first couple of weeks of D2 wasn't as fun as D3 -- making D3 the more enjoyable game to me. But they're both not very fun games as a whole to me beyond the first week or two :T

It's all a matter of choice, your ability to choose seems to be very diminished. Is the mindless farming responsible ? I gave it a 2/5 for the effort. I give you a 0/5 for being pointless. Some people find sharing their thoughts to be satisfying and even therapeutic. Maybe he is taking your advice to "to have fun and compensate the disappointment" by putting his thoughts into words and posting it online. I dont see how he made the wrong choice.

It definately felt more like dungeon crawling than any other act. There were so many sub levels from the jungle floor. And once you got to the town. The sewers, and all the temples. So fun. You could get a crazy amount of XP and levels by just clearing the ENTIRE jungle. And you could spend so many hours doing it. Even with high level characters, I find that places like the spider den, or the temples are the best ruin hunting places in the game. If I cleared all of Act 3 on my zon I can usually count on a vex or equivalent item, something of value.

Your reading comprehension and empathy appear to be very diminished. Is the internet responsible?
