I made a blog post about 2 months ago asking for assistance with setting up a script for hosting my webcomic with layers that fade in on each page and other styles. I was lucky enough to run across a guy here who set the whole thing up for me.
Im not the greatest writer. I need to find someone else who can write so I can focus on graphics but I work with what I got.

Its all very very early development (im still playing around with transitions of layers and text) and will probably be redone over and over 100 times more before its satisfactory but you guys get the idea.
Any kind of feedback would help immensely because I honestly have no fucking idea what im doing at all.

The art looks pretty cool. It reminds me of Coagulation's Blue Creature. I think you should focus on a character or characters soon. Also maybe diversify the palette in the scenes where there are mostly greens and blacks or blues and blacks.
Writing-wise "technological warfare" bothered me. What does that mean? Almost all human warfare involves technology of some sort. Is this high-tech, futuristic warfare? Is this warfare fought over technology as the resource? Is this warfare fought using only technology, and not humans?

well I am coagulation
I will definitely go back and try to mix up the colors a bit
writing wise I got nothing. the "technological" is probably needlessly added. your right. will fix it up.
edit. Im wondering about speeds and formats of it also. the screen size and the general overall function and feel of it. I dunno if it works as well for other users.

The artwork is pretty good, but it doesn't have the feeling of a comic, or graphic novel at all. And the biggest thing you're missing there is direction.
One of the biggest keys for comic artists is framing. I think that's one of the things that makes your comic so confusing. When telling a story through pictures you need to put yourself in the viewer's perspective or at least consider it. You need to assume they know nothing about the story, nothing about the characters, nothing about setting, and nothing about the timing involved in your world. It's your job to control your readers focus and the way they construct their understanding of your work. The easiest way to do this is framing.
Here's a good one page .jpg]imagelegend i refer to for good framing techniques. The best comic artists manipulate your eye to look at exactly what they want you to look at and in what order to look at them in. Frames have different dimensions, different size relations, different levels of contrast, all to draw importance to them, or push them into the background, to create drama, or lighten the atmosphere.
I think those are the big things that separate what you've created from being a comic and being a good piece of illustration. If you really want to make this into a webcomic and have a story and plot then you need to put more effort into composing each shot and understanding what it is you're trying to get across in each one.
Keep making good stuff!

Alright so try to add a more easily accessible flow of story direction with camera angles and frames that help flow the story better. I will try to set up some frames to add more atmosphere.
