A non-disabled or disabled player would find it difficult to back down from the motivation of their peer. Any hardship someone goes through, they could not relate with Matt, as their coach and mentor. His hardship is a force for teaching. His personality is complimentary to a purpose-driven quest for self-improvement within esports! The experience he's shared embodies the spirit of progress and improvement. What attracts me to gaming as an activity are those values. Learning, improvement, and performance are never far from the games you watch, and play each day. He deserves a place within the esports community and all societies to continue forward.
