Byun's TvZ is as far as I know his weakest matchup by far. And he faces NesTea who, unless he Zergbongs himself as he sometimes does, is an extremely capable player.
Byun is a great player and might come up with something but I'd still say that NesTea is favored.

if u dont know, MC crushes zerg, watch the games against stephano from redbull battlegrounds in austin
Stephano is one thing, MC beating DRG is completely different. I'd like MC to win this season, but I don't think that he can beat DRG. I'd love to be proven wrong, though.

And he certainly can beat DRG, he has beaten all zergs of korea... they are 1-1 in matches. Sure, right now he is the underdog as he admits himself, but there is a significant probability to win! significant as in 5%? And i dont see how he wins GSL when there is still MC/Taeja and Symbol/NesTea.
Naniwa's PvP and PvT is pretty good, so MC and Taeja are opponents he has a legitimate chance of defeating, Symbol's notable weakness is PvZ, and Naniwa can probably exploit it pretty harshly, and Naniwa's PvNesTea is really good, so after DRG Naniwa's chances of winning go up a fair degree.

I think Nestea will do it. He can defeat Byun and from there on he will only face zergs and i realy hope he can show who he is :D

GOGO Taeja i luv youuuuuuuuuuu <3

LOL NANIWA what a bunch of idiots =.=

As much as I want NaniWa to take it, Symbol just looks too good right now. DRG has a good shot as well, and ByuN has been on a roll so who knows? I think most of these guys could take it depending on the day.

Symbol beat Seed in code A r24 and GSTL.

I actually voted for DRG because i think he plays a slightly safer style and is maybe a little better mechanics-wise, but really it's pretty close to call. viOlet beat Symbol as 3-1 in MLG plus Symbol lost to Inca who has terrible PvZ as 0-2 Symbol beat NesTea 3-1 in IronSquid and 4 vZ winning streak on GSTL. Also he beat Seed, PartinG and Squirtle(who has godly pvz) in GSL

Naniwa or MC FTW! Why? Because they're my Bro-Toss

Well I would add Naniwa, MC and Nestea to that list to. I would not be surprised if anyone of those made it into the final ^^

Naniwas chance is decided by how much he can improve his PvZ. Last time he trained like a maniac, so 2 weeks (or something like that) training PvZ only with Curious can hopefully improve it quite a bit.
Think Naniwa has good chance to win against any terran or protoss on the planet, if he can fix his PvZ to that level I think he has a serious shoot at the GSL title. DRG is definitely the favorite of course, don't think Naniwa could have gotten a "worse" opponent to be honest.

All these swedes talking about Naniwa, dont get your hopes up.

I also would expect DRG and Symbol in the finals. I would think DRG would take that match, but I think he's got a harder road to get there.

Really? I think DRG has the easiest round of 8 match of anyone and then he plays MC/Taeja (probably taeja) and his ZvT is amazing right now and ZvT is imba. Symbol has to play Seed who I havent seen much of but I think PvZ is his best mu and i think ZvP is Symbol's worst. Also Symbol will probably have to face NesTea which is ZvZ and he could easily lose.

Just watch....Seed will come and destroy all with just hallucination! I want to see Seed win but also hoping for Taeja to win. He has been on fire lately.
