In the Thread Beta Servers are down.
My second post on this account :
Being bad mannered is never good!!! Then you wouldn't have been able to put this post on tl.net to show how gm you are! =) (Perseverance talking to you.)
Kind of ironic.. oh how I've changed! Also I had another account before this one, however I don't remember the name + pw, so that's the best I can give you. March 21st 2010. ^^
An ironic one that I found, talking to Chill:
You were never terrible chill! GiTM forever... Here let me be a little more helpful, Slush is the guy who keeps beating me in the Triple Cup events, solid Zerg. Attero is a shoutcaster, but also a pretty good player. And huk is a pretty good P, higher rated then me in the ladder. Although obviously ladder ranking isn't that important or you'd have to believe that IdrA was good.... ;P
That was in April 2010...

Asking for some match schedule, which wasn't announced yet.

All my first posts were so bland and short. I was scared to say something wrong, as I had seen the banhammer in action before. 1700 posts later, and I still haven't been banned (yet), so I've gotten a good feel for what is and isn't good conduct on TL.

I joined just a few days after the Idra-Cruncher drama. I said something along the lines of "I don't care for Cruncher, I'm just angry at Idra from hurting e-sports" I want to jump of a cliff whenever I think back on that lol

I signed up just to use FPL (about three months before my first post), so naturally my first post is for Fantasy OSL

+ Show Spoiler +The mineral block was a good trick in BW, but I honestly feel that destructible rocks would be better, simply because a command centre (not orbital command) can load up 5 SCV's and unload them before landing. Therefore, a Terran could mine 25 minerals before landing the CC. Is 30 minerals enough to block it? Terran can fly back to base, especially if there isn't a large distance between the islands. How high would the minerals need to go to prevent Terran players from mining it out before landing the CC?
I'm also not sure what happens when you load SCV's that are carrying minerals. Do they take the minerals in and out of the CC without depositing them? That would be kind of funny.
Destructible rocks are a bit better, although I guess Terran could still drop SCV's and attack them that way. It seems a bit more even though, given how long it will take 5 SCV's to kill some destructible rocks.
My first post was discussing the relative merits of island expansions in BW and SC2. I actually argued FOR destructible rocks in SC2 O.o
Interesting how completely irrelevant this is now, considering the state of island expansions.

my first post in thread: "Could you beat a pro-gamer?"
On June 21 2007 16:30 LuckyFool wrote: Progamers play like 10 hours a day and practice vs other gosu teammates non-stop. I'm lucky to play 10 hours a week... It's gg for me before we even press start. I wonder how long I'd last though.
5 Minutes? 10 Minutes? It would still be loads of fun playing vs someone that good.
my second ever post is really good too LOL. In thread "Daum OSL - Week 1 - Ro8"
On June 21 2007 16:34 LuckyFool wrote: I think the pressure might get to flash. He's only 14 or 15? Bisu should win that series. Everyone will be rooting for reach but it'll be super tough vs Stork. Iris will shock everyone and win the first game but Savior will win the next two to move on. GGPlay is playing well but not well enough to beat Hwasin.

I had two accounts before this...think I've never actually posted anything on those accounts,I remember my first post on this account..it was something like
"Hey guys, I'm a big fan of starcraft..would love to have a beta key for sc2." LOL :D :D

My first posts and first thread are pretty boring lol. my first post was basically a long winded post about the Green tea AI after beta ended and my first thread was some blog about me doing random MS paint drawings while enjoying SC2 when it first launched.
But you know what I searched my name for the first time in order to take a look at my posts. Rather than directly looking up my name I looked up posts that included my name. I always thought that in order to get my post noticed by the community I had to write in a controversial and aggressive manner... but I guess I was wrong. There were actually people who read and quoted my casual normal comments, which is really nice and meaningful to me... once again I'm reminded that TL is really a nice place to be despite everything that may prove otherwise =)

My first 10 posts were just spam in the Jan 25th 2010 SKT vs Khan LR. The very first post...
