Earlier today the server hosting teamliquid.net crashed, and hard. It wouldn't even reboot. We were told by our data center's tech support that some of it's data might be salvageable if they loaded the hard drive on another server.
Well long story short, Meat and I have been working together the last 9 hours straight (6 am his time right now) to get things back up and running.
We're on a new faster server now, and none of our data has been lost. Which is a blessing indeed, as the whole hard drive could've been corrupted just as easily. We did have a week old backup of the data ready to go, but losing nothing was really the best-case scenario we could've hoped for given the circumstances.
The teamliquid.net DNS is pointed to a different IP address now, so it might take up to a couple days for it to work correctly for everyone. Also there might be little bugs here and there - if you find any go ahead and post about them in the Feedback forum.
In all, looks like we had less than 12 hours of downtime.
