No. There's something different this season. At first the in-game and on the web page bonus points kept increasing, even though the players could only use 720. Now it seems Blizzard fixed the in game display to be no more than 720, but the webpage is at 733 atm (EU) and rising (with 720 actually usable by players).
So long as the web page bonus pool keeps increasing, we just need to be aware that players who used up 720 bonus points are actually at 0, for algorithm B.

I couldn't figure out how to copy-paste from said program, so I had to retype it. I believe it's character-for-character identical, though.
I ran SC2Gears as both admin and normal user and the same thing happened. I'm in bronze league, and I'm aware that that means I may not have particularly useful data for a while. I played several games with it on, with SC2 started through SC2Gears. There is no registry, and especially not a windows registry, on a mac, so I was somewhat surprised to read you say in post 9 that it uses no system dependent functions.
You may also be surprised to hear that every time you write 'hole,' you actually mean 'whole'; 'hole' is something you dig in the ground.

seems like a bug! webserver, calculate the bonuspool on even if hes locked for spend.
I thought he only does this for spend. Have to update the version
