right. so for your the dmmr looks kind of good. Because you play master = your opponent is allways in same tier.
For a silver / dia guy the dmmr will be completly chaos.
So for you dmmr = mmr IN masters. Here the algorithem is plain simple= only 1 possible tier for your opponent so i add it.
If you play a dia guy you will see the dmmr goes crazy but my algortihem will correct it in d+

btw: I made a mistake in my post. Its not your tieroffset i add, i add the opponent tieroffset!

This doesn't seem to work for me (no graph appears), here's a full log after several games.

Hi this is the error i keep getting

i have the correct java installed

It analyzed three games, then stopped analyzing them? everything looks good in the log and it looks like it should work..

i would really like to get this to work for the next ladder season/end of this season but for whatever reason it won't appear in my plugin manager. I've tried extracting it and copy pasting it into the plugin folder but no dice. What gives? It won't appear on the list.

make sure you dont have double folders
it should look like this
Sc2gears\Plugins\MMRPlugin\MMR.jar

Also check if sc2gears is up to date.

I played 6 games after installing the plug-in, and the first two matches showed up in the grid, but after that, it didn't show up in the grid anymore, but it kept counting the games played, and the log said it had detected and analyzed the game.

Not allways when he collects a game he is able to calculate your dmmr. You see that in the log.
Also not all games make it pass the analyser. They filter games.
If you turn out analyser you see all data you have. (6 games must not mean 6 player data can be part only opponent data)
The diffrent analysers filter diffrent games.

Is it possible to have it keep showing the game numbers when you get to 100+? As you can see from the picture below (from my bronze --> master MMR account), after I reach a certain number of games it's just always showing "..." for the games.
