That 2nd game was in no way a BO loss. It was more of Byul getting a horrendous engagement and from their on Zenio just outplaying him.
The second game Zenio was ahead the second he went fast spire. It was his game to lose. Byul played like shit, but he was still behind from the get go.
Going fast spire in no way makes it your game to lose...
On Metropolis against Byuls build, yeah, it basically does.
The only reason he was behind in the mid game is because he let his third get sniped by lings when he had roaches out. He had the units to repel the lings, but they were out of position. He would have been on 3 bases before zenio, and he was up on drones anyway. I can understand how such a terrible engagement snowballing can make it look like his build was inferior, but it in fact was not.

Really want to see him compete in Code A next season.
Yeah, unlike fOrGG or Hyun, ByuL was actually still a BW rookie and had quite an impressive first season in PL. Which means that he's still got a lot running for him in terms of developing mechanics and gamesense.
Back to the game though, I'm really loving this Nexus first into forge-cannon builds.

Also anybody thinking Hero's PvT is really underrated, as long as he's not playing vs Polt that is?
I think it's weak comparatively looking at other tosses, but it's not JYP level for sure. I think his PvP and PvZ are strong though, and some people blame his PvT for the reason he isn't consistently getting deep in Code S, possibly a bit underrated.
edit: this is a great illustration of my qualms about HerO's PvT, he knows what to do, but he often derps the execution some way or the other.

It very well could be. Though to be honest I want to see him play more against Terrans around his skill level before I am convinced. His early game should be strong, because his micro and attention to detail can be one of his strongest points, but he also takes some silly looking losses from time to time.
Hope he finds a style that really suits him and gets to develop and flesh it out fully, because he can definitely do some very interesting things. Well, at least to me.

Even if his 3rd didn't get sniped he was guaranteed going to be behind a base without the ability to push at all while Zenio has pure map control with equal upgrades and better tech.

I just missed it. Can someone tell me what happened?
HerO went nexus first against a 2rax with SCV's pulled, bitbybit-style, leaving only 3 SCV's at home - HerO held it off with 2 stalkers and 2 cannons at his natural after kiting both SCV's and Marines around in his main, losing a ton of probes himself. After he held, HerO had 9 probes and aLive 6 SCV's - aLive realized he couldn't recover so he all-inned with 10 marines and his remaining SCV's and was brutally stopped by stalkers
