Instead of the boss alien dude, you would have Dagoth Ur, who has a galactic fight club that has been doing poorly lately. Instead of Loony Toons, you would have the characters and universe of Dragonball Z. Dagoth Ur, seeing how the Dragonball folks would be awesome additions to his failing fight club, sends a group of Mandalorians to capture the Dragonball people.
When the Mandalorians arrive in the Dragonball dimension, Goku is able to trick them into having to play a series of Brood War before being able to capture and enslave them, thinking that surely Mandalorians would not be able to compete with highly-trained, OP-as-fuck martial arts masters and Super-Saiyans. However, the Mandalorians secretly rig a computer monitor in Korea to absorb the talents of top Brood War players like
Flash, 
Jaedong, 
Bisu, Action, and Canata, and they return to DBZ-world looking even more OP-as-fuck.Goku then travels to real Earth and kidnaps SlayerS_BoxeR, now an SC2 progamer, while he is chilling playing some retro games at a PC bang. BoxeR attempts to train up Goku and friends in Brood War, with some players progressing faster than others. Piccolo and Vegeta are especially slow, but Krillin and Gohan pick up quickly. Despite the help of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber and many of the DBZ people's Super Saiyan abilities, the Mandalorians still possess a decisive edge in BW ability, probably because they stolen the talent of the motherfucking
ActionFlash. Anyways, they all show up in OGN Stadium and play a Bo9 full of Bo9s, Winner's League format, with some games of BGH thrown in to spice things up. BoxeR, Goku, and friends fight valiantly and manage to come back from a significant deficit. In the ace match of the ace series, it is down to BoxeR, bunker-rushing a Zerg player in the most intense bunker rush of all-time.
Bill Murray makes an appearance. Because.
Anyways, BoxeR wins and everyone lives happily ever after. The stolen talent is returned to the BW progamers. BoxeR ends up doubling up BW in addition to SC2 due to his new-found BW skills. The Mandalorians dispose of Dagoth Ur. Bill Murray. DBZ fighters return to the chaotic peace of their homeland.
