First off, we didn't "make" anyone play for us in the finals. Major offered as we allowed him out of his contract for this opportunity early. We had used him in the previous set with iG; so we did it for the 2nd and final set as well...and all our current starters agreed it was the best. Thanks for the concern though .

I think carn has more insight to this situation than we have , so we might as well believe him.

No, he just has the balls to say what most people think but won't say. I try not to bash on xsix too much because I have a friend on the team, but yeah...

Has Major's new team been announced? It's said he left to pursue a new opportunity, but you'd think any team that signs Major would want to announce it publicly instead of keeping it secret?
|
Absolutely stunning, how stupid people can be. How hard it is to read short post? But anyways, keep up the good work Major and try to show up somewhere so we can see how well you are actually playing now! Oh yeah and I wonder if Artosis has his fingers in this soup somehow, as he does like princess.

i dont see that at all. he is doing them a favour because they agreed to release him before the contract was over. and in terms of "we dont think you are good enough". since when has it been rare for sc teams to have a teamers and b teamers? if you get upset because another guy is perceived to be better than you, and rather than work on it you choose cry then thats your own problem

Maybe the team has signed multiple players and wants to make one big announcement instead of separate ones.
Plus... he is living in the GOMTV house no? Perhaps it is still a foreign team.

Why do ppl say hes the best foreigner when he has basicly no high level accomplishments.. ? Shouldnt he be atleast be in Code A if he had such crazy mechanics ? shouldnt he win weekly cups left and right ? Im sorry i dont see anything that indicates to me that he is as good as some ppl say

It doesn't matter what team major joins, he is going to leave a few months after signing with them anyways and the cycle will repeat.

Take everything with a grain of salt. Plus... he is a very quiet player to follow. He often times trains amongst old Korean clanmates and doesn't participate in small tournaments. Also doesn't help when he goes deep into the MLG bracket and is posted under his new name.

whose fault is it that nobody can pick a decent name for him? The guy changes names even more often than teams.

I'm not defending him or making excuses for him. People often skip over his name because they don't recognize it. That's just the way it is.
And I doubt he gives a shit about what people think.

He hasn't had the opportunity to compete in many events because he hasn't had a team to support him(you can argue that it is his fault for being hard to work with, but that shouldn't take away from his skill). Take Heart for example, he is probably better than every foreign terran but did not have a team to support him until just now so he wasn't able to show any significant results. He also only attempted to qualify for code a once afaik which is insanely difficult to do.

Because the people that you should listen to about the skill of players are those that know them and their play. Watching a couple game of someone`s tournament run or knowing that this guy won a tournament is a lot less convincing than someone that plays against him regularly. Tournament results are not directly representative of skill, especially in SC2.

Why would he? He knows both of them fairly well, why would he make such a statement, as he gains nothing from it?
