Is the 15 game streak proleague only? Because Bisu's TLPD states 12 games win streak, which isn't 15 at all. I'm not sure where the 15 wins comes from I admit, but to me the only longest streak that matters is an actually uninterrupted streak. "Longest streak versus race X or Y" or "longest proleague streak" are all selective sample sizes to skew the data and not particularly interesting (in my opinion). It's really cool to watch Flash play this season though. It's just as if he said he's not going to lose, and then he doesn't. Just like that. bisu all killed 3x in a row during SWL last year. that's where 15 comes from They count WL? Really? There's a huge difference between not losing over months and having a few good days. Oh come on. I'm generally critical of Bisu over his inability to perform in SL for the past 2 years (and counting), but that's not at all a fair criticism. Getting an AK is extremely hard to do and doing it 3 times in a row is just absurd. There's a lot more to it than just having a "good day" because once you've been sent out the opposing team has 3 additional chances to snipe you. Even if you get lucky once or twice, that may be enough for a single AK but definitely not for achieving 3 in a row. Bisu's fundamentals were absolutely threw the roof at that time. lol it's funny, he actually won 11 games in a row against almost exclusively scrub xvp players during SWL 2011. He all killed 2x teams during his streak being Airforce ACE and WeMade FoX racking up a whopping 8 wins. It's funny, stork beat him just before his streak and then ended his streak. Needless to say, I do commend him for his efforts, he does have good mechanics. But then again, he never has OSL/MSL to worry about.. To support this, no one will forget that shine almost broke Gorush's record by playing against 14 terrible players in a row over a period that spanned over a month. People get lucky.

ok did some digging, found some strange stuff.
Jaedong TLPD Longest Streak: 13 Liquipedia:
+ Show Spoiler +http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/JaedongLee Jae Dong was on 14–0 winning streak in Proleague games (2010.05.02—2010.06.23), 2 Ace games included; the record is tied with the record of Park Jung Suk (Reach) in only 1v1 regular season games (2003.04.05—2004.12.08); the third record is Lee Yong Ho’s (Flash) 13 wins (2009.02.02—2009.02.18).
Bisu TLPD Longest streak: 12 Liquipedia:
+ Show Spoiler +http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/BisuFollowing a closely-contested Ace match loss to Flash to begin his winners league performance, Bisu scored three consecutive all kills over the span of 11 days against STX, Wemade Fox, and Ace. Bisu's dominating streak ended at 15 wins in the SKT vs Samsung Khan match, in which he scored 2 wins against Brave and Jangbi before finally falling to Khan's Stork.
Flash TLPD Longest streak: 15 Liquipedia: + Show Spoiler +http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft/FlashIn the three months after the title win, Flash went on to have one of the most dominant winning sprees in progaming history: achieving a record of 24 wins and 4 losses and tying a Proleague record of 17 straight wins.
Ok things aren't adding up.

TLPD records all games. This includes OSL, MSL, and perhaps even non-KESPA games like WCG or STX cup when counting streaks.

No, it depends on what you set it to in the "During" section. Standard leagues = PL, OSL, MSL only. Team leagues = PL, WL, STX, All-stars. Jaedong's streak is 14 if you look only at the proleague games, so it is confirmed. Same with Bisu's streak. I can't find any source for that Flash streak though.

TLPD counts play offs as official games whereas Kespa doesn't. So Flash is on a 15 game PL winstreak in TLPD (two wins vs Best in the PL finals) and on a 13 game streak for Kespa

Bringing up the strength of opponents is always relevant, but OSL/MSL doesn't really have an impact on SWL results the same way as regular season PL. In SWL you have to be prepared to face any race on any map. It tests your fundamentals harder than any other format in use. For regular season, you know which map you will be sent out on and you can guess who your opponent will be on that particular map, so preparation becomes a much larger element.

I wonder if best will change his building placement in the next PvT he is gonna play?
God that game was fun, not because of the bunkering but just because flash keeps finding weird ways to win early on
"K, he's gonna 12 nex and I'm gonna win ez pz" "wellp he didn't... can still do this do... erh.. yup that works, ez"
I would kill for a day in the KT house watching him over the shoulder
