Best's PvZ record this season: wins over Jaedong, Crazy-Hydra, Hydra, Hoejja, Neo.G soulkey, Effort; lost to calm.
Bisu's PvZ record this season: wins over Action, Great, Effort.

Best's PvT record this season: win over light, lost to last, turn, and flash.
Bisu's PvT record this season: win over canata, lost to Bogus and hOn_sin

Best has a better PvZ record than Bisu this season (wins over every top zerg player except zero) and both have bad PvT records. I don't even now what's going on any more.

I think there was a interview where BeSt have stated he only practiced vs Zerg during the off-season.

Does anyone know how hard players practice during the off-season? Do they grind until the season starts or is it a bit more casual in that time?

It really depends on what teams you are referring to. But generally speaking, the players do get vocation times like the time when SKT went to Thailand, KT travelled places to and so did Samsung.

I guess contextually, SKT. Good to know though, I mean at least the teams take a bit of a break. From what I know, SKT and KT just go all-out during the season.

I'm not sure where the 15 wins comes from I admit, but to me the only longest streak that matters is an actually uninterrupted streak. "Longest streak versus race X or Y" or "longest proleague streak" are all selective sample sizes to skew the data and not particularly interesting (in my opinion).

It's really cool to watch Flash play this season though. It's just as if he said he's not going to lose, and then he doesn't. Just like that.

uninterrupted is what really matters though. Bisu obviously didn't try too hard for the individual leagues like Hydra, so he has slight advantage in PL.

This season is more of a level playing field if you want to judge most wins in proleague.

This is given that players just have to worry about practising for 1 map against all three matchups and not have to worry about coming on for the ace match or preparing for OSL/MSL.

These are some of the reasons why Flash was so confident declaring that he'd go 100% wins this season stating that he had plenty of time to practice against all 3 matchups on his given map.

Giving Flash enough time to practice just spells doom for everyone else. We're 3-4 months into PL and still no OSL... Bisu should have been a lot more active when he scouted Wooki. Instead he let Wooki macro uninterrupted and got rolled.

It's amazing how uncontestedely dominant Flash is when he doesn't have to practice for 2 leagues, proleague and ace matches.

Oh come on. I'm generally critical of Bisu over his inability to perform in SL for the past 2 years (and counting), but that's not at all a fair criticism. Getting an AK is extremely hard to do and doing it 3 times in a row is just absurd. There's a lot more to it than just having a "good day" because once you've been sent out the opposing team has 3 additional chances to snipe you. Even if you get lucky once or twice, that may be enough for a single AK but definitely not for achieving 3 in a row. Bisu's fundamentals were absolutely threw the roof at that time.

Vods are usually up really quickly on EsportsTV youtube channel, they are the "official"proleague channel so there arent other people uploading Vods due to recent conflicts.

Rewatching Flash vs Best here is such fun, I can't get enough of Best's gasp of anguish as the bunker in range of his gateway finishes.

I wonder how many players in PL have a special build saved up just in case they bump into Flash. We know Fantasy does, but I bet a lot more players do too.

Thank you, kind sir. I had no idea about this channel. The only one I knew and subscribed to was Nevake.

Yea channels like Nevake had talks with EsportsTV because they wanted to take down / prevent uploading of content they own, but EsportsTV backed down after seeing the community reaction to it. Having an official / authoritative uploader and streamer for live content thats easily accessible to us is pretty nice.

lol it's funny, he actually won 11 games in a row against almost exclusively scrub xvp players during SWL 2011.

He all killed 2x teams during his streak being Airforce ACE and WeMade FoX racking up a whopping 8 wins.

It's funny, stork beat him just before his streak and then ended his streak.

Needless to say, I do commend him for his efforts, he does have good mechanics.

But then again, he never has OSL/MSL to worry about..
