In a similar tone to my past 'From' series, (Such as my SC1 'from Protoss to Zerg blogs': http://www.teamliquid.net/blogs/viewblog.php?id=73453 as an example) I am going to be documenting my progress from an average Masters Protoss player to (hopefully) a Grandmasters Protoss player. I will be trying to accomplish this on the North American server.
So now obviously the Grandmasters have already been chosen for this ladder season, and although it's possible to get in to Grandmasters regardless, I'm going to assume that this isn't likely to happen. My point is that this is going to be a couple month long process. I'm going to be recording my games, and my goal is to upload three or four videos a week. Besides general strategy that I will try to go over (why I made my decisions etc), I'll also try to make them video blogs about how things are going.
Added information update: So the thing is, I played the beta, I played a bit after launch, but I never really played much. In the past year (disregarding the last two weeks) I've played around 50 games. According to my profile I've only won 223 1v1 Protoss games - so I am pretty new when it comes to SC2.
The purpose of this thread, besides to try to advertise the series, is to ask for some suggestions about some things I should try to do. I don't want my videos to just be covering a game and discussing my average Masters level strategy, I'd like to talk about other things - I just don't know what exactly lmao.
So - any ideas, suggestions of what you would be interested in watching/hearing about? I'm going to be creating the video that talks about the game, but I'm also going to create a blog entry here on TL each time that talks about other blog-type stuff. So any suggestions can be video/audio or written ideas.
Nothing is uploaded just yet, but I'm hoping to have something up by tomorrow morning. This is the channel I'll be uploading my videos on: http://www.youtube.com/salvstarcraft .
