They are the top 3 chosen off a list. Like 3 points for a first place vote, 2 points for a second place vote, and 1 point for any other vote.

It's a stream of consciousness (or wall of text), and when you can write multiple paragraphs without feeling as if you just wrote, well, multiple paragraphs..then you know you're a fan.

MC not even close "No question" might be a slight stretch. Dallas: Huk 10th, Naniwa 1st Columbus: Huk N/a, Naniwa 6th Anaheim: Huk 7th, Naniwa 8th Raleigh: Huk 7th, Naniwa 12th Orlando: Huk 1st, Naniwa N/a Providence: Huk 5th, Naniwa 2nd Literal cumulative total : Huk 30, Naniwa 29 (note: not entirely meaningful as higher results tend to be weighted more in people's eyes) The first MLG/GSL exchange program (and the influx of Koreans) came at MLG Columbus. Dallas (the prior event) was Huk's worst result, while it was Naniwa's best (by placing). Naniwa did worse and worse at each MLG with Koreans until providence, while Huk's got better (again, until providence). Their head to head was 4-4 by my count. I suppose it depends on what you think is more impressive. I would say that when the Koreans came in full force (Columbus and beyond) Huk has been more impressive and therefore I would give him the nod. Personal preference I suppose, but "definitly," hell no.

I mean, I'll admit that I voted for Boxer as "most unpredictable player" even though he tends to use the same builds over and over again just because I'm a big SlayerS fanboy, but Nestea losing out to DRG as best Zerg? Naniwa getting 40% of the "Best Protoss" vote? At least the Teran category shows there is justice in the world with MVP getting a dominating 60% of the vote. (I voted for MMA, of course.) The fan votes don't really matter that much. The Pro votes are what really mean something.

You could say that about any SC2 player in existence. I've watched most of MVP's replays, and the replays of many other Terrans, and although I didn't go through the trouble of calculating SQ, just in general, MVP's macro is probably the cleanest I've seen. Bomber might have been more efficient 5 months ago, but as of right now, I no longer think he has the edge over MVP. However, MVP does have more "off games" than people think - carpal tunnel, exhaustion, etc. are probably all contributing factors. For example, his play at Providence was especially lackluster for some reason (many of his replays at that event showed those symptoms you mentioned). *Note, these are all tournament games. Of course, player XYZ might be a better macro player at home while not under tournament pressure, but that's not relevant nor is it meaningful.
