qxc is only declining because he isn't practicing.

qxc was one of the best foreign players, then around NASL Season 1 he stopped practicing because he was doing school stuff in Spain and he got his ass kicked.

Then he went to Korea and started practicing again. He got an all-kill and was owning up.

Now he's not practicing, so he's not attending tournaments or doing as well now.

FXO supports a valued player's decision to better his current situation, qxc is getting what he wants as a player, and coL is getting a great player. FXO fighting! coL fighting! qxc fighting!
